We commit to a 5-day guarantee exclusively for Shellac Manicures / Nail Fix services. In case the color chips or nails break within this period, customers will receive a complimentary color repaint / nail repair, provided that the service is scheduled within the specified 5-day window as outlined.

CANCELLATION / WALK-IN
We want to emphasize the impact of same-day cancellations on our operations as a small business. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that specific time slot exclusively for you, turning away other potential guests. Unfortunately, filling these last-minute vacancies is challenging and greatly affects our ability to meet our financial obligations and support our staff .
Kindly be informed that we offer a 10-minute window of flexibility for all scheduled appointments. In the event that you are unable to arrive on time, we kindly request you to contact our receptionist to arrange for a new appointment or we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot when you are showing.
Due to limited space, guests are not permitted in the salon.
In order to prioritize the health and comfort of all our customers, we have implemented a policy that restricts pets from entering our premises, unless proper documentation certifying their service status is provided.
This policy aligns with the regulations outlined in health and safety by-laws and is aimed at avoiding any potential issues that could arise, such as prevent potential allergies or discomfort that may arise from contact with pet fur or phobias related to dogs.
If you have hemophilia, diabetes, or any other conditions that may cause easy bleeding or difficulty in blood clotting, please let us know before starting the service. We are beauty professionals, not medical doctors, so we are not specifically trained in ingrown toenail removal. Therefore, if you have any issues with ingrown toenails, it is best to seek professional medical help before getting beauty services at our establishment. We reserve the right to refuse this service.
Please note that all services rendered are NON - REFUNDABLE, and this policy applies to GIFR CARD as well. If you're dissatisfied with our service, kindly inform us before making a payment or departing from the salon. We'll make any necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.
